Master Planning
The key element of our design is master planning. Master planning ensures that the project increases the functional capacity of your campus and implements the goals, wants and needs of the school. Whether the scope of work includes modernizing a single building, adding several buildings, or creating an entire new campus, master planning is the most important phase of design the design process.
Construction
We make sure to set up proper communication at the beginning of the project by developing a complete set of detailed drawings and conducting weekly construction meetings. We help oversee the processing of all documents throughout the project to ensure that construction runs smoothly and maintains on schedule. Alongside monitoring the schedule, communication, and all drawings distributed, we plan and oversee all budgetary changes and deductions.
3D Rendering
With the use of AutoCAD Revit, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is part of our everyday practice. BIM is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives us the tools to efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and infrastructure. This allows us to give our clients a clearer perspective as to how the project will look and help them feel more secure that the project will turn out as they imagined.

We provide value engineering services and life cycle cost analysis to determine what systems, materials, and construction methods will meet the districts future goals, all while maintaining environmentally safe and friendly. We have been successful in receiving substantial funding for energy efficient designs and believe these energy solutions must be simple so that they have low and minimal maintenance costs.
State agencies
Understanding the K-12 funding process and DSA submittal, approval, and closeout procedures are critical for successful and smooth projects. Over the last 38 years, we have been the Architect of Record for over $790 million worth of K-12 school projects through the state funding process, resulting in excellent working relationships with DSA, CDE, and OPSC. These long-standing relationships serves our clients well when expediting agency approvals, and greatly assists in project certification and closeout.
